Meet our Doctors
Stephen Dincher, O.D
Dr. Stephen Dincher graduated from Messiah College and earned his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. He has been a member of the American Optometric Association and the Connecticut Association of Optometrists since 2011.
He specializes in scleral contact lens fittings for corneal diseases such as keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration, and irregular astigmatism. He and his wife, Monica, live in Trumbull with their two daughters, Aurelia and Isla, and attend church in West Haven. In his spare time, he enjoys football, baseball, guitar, and hiking and biking with his wife and daughters.
Michael Rayher, O.D.
Dr. Rayher is a 1985 graduate of Illinois College of Optometry, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry Degree. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from C.W. Post University. He specializes in contact lenses and low vision evaluations. He is Advanced Certified to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the eye and to use therapeutics and pharmacological agents. He is the proud father of three daughters and has been married for 37 years. His interests and hobbies include golf, basketball, scuba diving, and photography.
